Lace Layer is a Black owned beauty brand people actually know. Our wig install products have helped tens of thousands of women feel bold and confident, and our content reaches millions every month. We've been featured on BuzzFeed, Revolt, Zeus, and Amazon Live.
We're casting one charismatic person in Miami to be the face of our street content.
What the role is: You're out on South Beach and Lincoln Road talking to people, mostly women on vacation and in a good mood, asking fun, real questions about hair, wigs, and confidence. You're the host. You make people laugh, make them comfortable, and catch those real reactions on camera. We turn those clips into content that goes out to our whole audience.
You're a fit if you light up on camera, love talking to strangers, can keep a conversation easy and fun, and you're based in Miami. We keep it daytime and family-friendly. You do not need to be a wig expert.
No gear? Let us know, and we can get you set up with gear. Editing is a bonus, not a requirement.
The details: Pay is $15 to $20 an hour, about 8 to 10 hours a week, flexible. Perks include free Lace Layer products, a real on-camera portfolio, and your work in front of millions.

Role: TikTok LIVE Host
Overview:
A TikTok LIVE Host is responsible for engaging audiences through real-time live streaming. They create interactive, entertaining, and valuable content to build a strong community, increase engagement, and drive monetization through TikTok’s LIVE features.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Host Live Streams:
- Go live regularly to engage with followers.
- Use TikTok LIVE features like Q&A, gifts, and filters.
✅ Engagement & Audience Interaction:
- Read and respond to comments in real time.
- Encourage audience participation through polls, shoutouts, and challenges.
✅ Content Strategy:
- Plan and execute high-engagement live sessions (games, Q&As, performances, tutorials).
- Utilize trending topics and viral challenges.
✅ Monetization & Growth:
- Encourage viewers to send TikTok gifts (Diamonds).
- Collaborate with other creators and brands.
✅ Technical Setup & Quality Control:
- Ensure good lighting, sound, and camera setup.
- Use tools like OBS Studio for enhanced streaming.
✅ TikTok Guidelines Compliance:
- Follow TikTok’s Community Guidelines to avoid bans.
- Maintain a positive and engaging environment.
