Casting Call: Actors for Everlance Commercial
Job Description:
We are seeking talented actors to participate in a commercial shoot for Everlance, a leading mileage tracking and expense management app. The commercial will focus on how Everlance helps small business owners and self-employed professionals save time, streamline financial processes, and ensure accuracy in their expense tracking.
The ideal candidates should be comfortable portraying small business owners or self-employed individuals who need a simplified solution for their mileage and expense tracking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray a small business owner or self-employed professional using the Everlance app.
- Act out scenarios that demonstrate the ease and efficiency of using Everlance for tracking mileage, managing expenses, and simplifying financial record-keeping.
- Engage in dialogue or actions that highlight the app’s automated features and how it saves time, reduces stress, and provides accurate financial records.
- Follow direction from the production team to ensure the brand message and storylines are clearly communicated.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in acting or commercial shoots is preferred but not required.
- Must be comfortable and natural on camera, portraying relatable business owners or freelancers.
- Ability to understand and embody the mindset of the target audience: small business owners or self-employed individuals who seek efficient solutions.
- Punctuality and professionalism on set.
Compensation:
- Compensation will be provided at competitive rates, depending on the actor’s experience and role in the commercial.
- Travel expenses to the shooting location will be covered if applicable.
- Meals and refreshments will be provided during the shoot.
SEEKING COLLABORATORS AND CONTENT – FUNDING AVAILABLE
Misery Loves Co., a production company, is currently seeking to increase its output by offering full or partial funding for original, short-form, stand-alone content suitable for YouTube, IG, TickTock, etc. as well as festival recognition.
As a published writer and actor with well-over 100 IMDB credits, I am also seeking to collaborate on such content where possible.
All accepted projects will be promoted by a social media manager.
Ideally, content should be provocative/timely/humorous.
However, open to work of any tone that has the potential to go viral or be festival-worthy.
Will consider any genre: narrative, reality, documentary, animation, etc.
.All proposals for funding only must be ready-to-shoot, with a
– completed script
– detailed budget of $5K or less (preference will be given to lower budgets)
– crew/equipment in place (once funding is provided)
