Overview & Responsibilities:
The Social Media Producer will play a major role in programming the @CBSSportsCFB and @CBSSportsCBB accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and Facebook. Whether covering CBS broadcast, CBS Sports Network, Paramount+, or non-CBS programming, they will be the voice of these brands during major moments in college sports! In addition to covering live games and studio shows, they will closely collaborate with the production team to extend our on-air presence to social!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cover CBS Sports college football and basketball games live on social media
- Optimize and distribute segments from college studio shows to all platforms
- Work with designers and video editors to react to major news across the college sports landscape
- Create photoshops and video from scratch via Adobe Creative Suite Products when necessary
- Sit in studio every week, shoot original content with CFB + CBB talent
- Build and carryout weekly promotional plans for CBS Sports College Football and Basketball programming
- Act as a key point of contact for college sports social with various departments, including Programming, Marketing, and Communications

The Senior Social Media Editor, Allrecipes, a crucial member of the digital editorial team, is responsible for overseeing our popular social media platforms and ensuring their content is compelling and polished while growing on-site referrals and on-platform engagement. This includes overseeing Allrecipes’ social media channels by posting a high volume of videos and photos on a daily basis and coordinating with editorial and programming teams for in-depth on-platform storytelling.
The Senior Social Media Manager will oversee two Social Media Editors and work closely with staff editors and writers, our video editors and social media strategists, and our design team to consistently publish content to Allrecipes’ social channels, including video, articles and sponsored content as well as to promote events or products. Pay Range
Salary: New York: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 Remote US: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00

Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS using generative AI (GenAI)? You will be part of the core worldwide GenAI Training and Inference team, responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate customer adoption of our services and solutions across industry verticals. You will be working directly with the most important customers (across segments) in the GenAI model training and inference space helping them adopt and scale large-scale workloads (e.g., foundation models) on AWS, developing GTM plans, external/internal evangelism, and developing demos and proof-of-concepts.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand the ML infrastructure requirements, complexities involved in scaling GenAI model training across modalities and use-cases like natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision that take advantage of the power of AWS’ storage, compute, networking, and ML technologies.
You will have the opportunity to define GTM strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities. This involves activities include market sizing, building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts, creating content to train the field teams, driving industry thought-leadership, working with product teams to define new features, and identifying partners and potential acquisitions.
As the ideal candidate, you possess a business and technology background that enables you to lead and drive engagements with startups and large enterprises. You have domain expertise in key ML use cases, understand the challenges involved in training and deploying GenAI models, orchestrating workloads using containers/HPC services, and are able to work backwards from customer requirements to suggest scalable solutions and architectures. You have the technical depth to articulate the benefits of ML Frameworks and AWS services to data scientists, data engineers, and C-Level executives. In addition, you have a good understanding of the GenAI market trends, ecosystem, opportunities, and are passionate about market development. You will need to be adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams within AWS (product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, and professional services) and externally with customers, partners, and importantly, the developer community of ML Frameworks and key open-source offerings.
You will be responsible for creating compelling content, and building scalable programs and mechanisms to increase awareness and adoption of ML Frameworks and AWS solutions. Additionally, you will work with the AWS ML and EC2 product teams to shape product vision and prioritize features for AI/ML Frameworks and applications. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and being scrappy is a must.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and photography tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and multimedia production.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and PR software (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) is a plus.

The Opportunity
The Model Serving Systems team provides the computational platform on which we build nearly all our consumer and studio-facing ML/AI applications. We provide all the building blocks to serve ML models at scale, including a real-time model inference and serving platform, foundational abstractions that ensure consistency between online and offline systems, and more. Additionally, as we expand to enable LLM innovation in numerous areas of personalization, we’re building model serving infrastructure for LLMs and other large foundation models.
We’re expanding our model serving systems to meet the evolving needs of the evolving AI landscape. We are looking for strong engineers to develop and expand our compute infrastructure to support the growing AI needs, enable the application of ML in new business areas, and drive ML/AI innovation across Netflix. Our systems power some of Netflix’s most business-critical models, and we need you to take our ML/AI initiatives to the next level. You will play a highly cross-functional role, partnering with other engineers, product managers, machine learning engineers, and data/research scientists.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100,000 – $720,000K
