Job Description: Branded Promo Talent is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and professional Brand Ambassadors (BAs) and Team Leads to represent TD Bank during an exciting promotional activation program across multiple locations. You will be engaging with the public, promoting the TD Bank brand, and ensuring a successful event. Team Leads will oversee the brand ambassadors and manage event logistics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Brand Ambassador (BA):
- Represent TD Bank in a positive and professional manner during promotional events.
- Engage with the public, providing information about TD Bank’s services and products.
- Assist with setting up and managing promotional materials.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout the event.
- Team Lead:
- Oversee Brand Ambassadors and ensure the smooth execution of the event.
- Manage event logistics, ensure timely setup, and address any issues that arise.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the brand and the promotional team.
- Ensure that event goals are met and assist BAs in engaging with attendees.
Requirements:
- Must be professional, punctual, and reliable.
- Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude.
- Comfortable interacting with the public and promoting the TD Bank brand.
- Previous experience in brand ambassadorship or event management is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Must be able to self-report to the event location.
Compensation:
- Team Lead: $35 per hour.
- Brand Ambassador (BA): $30 per hour.
- 1099 paid weekly.
