Casting Call for Women with Experience of Pain Dismissal for a Well-Known Pain Medicine Campaign

Job Description:
We are seeking a diverse cast of women from all walks of life who have experienced pain dismissal to share their stories. This is a paid opportunity for an online film or campaign with a renowned pain medicine company. We are particularly interested in hearing from women aged between their early 20s to 60s, with a special focus on those aged 40-55. This project aims to highlight the realities of pain dismissal and bring attention to the experiences of women in healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:
Participants will be required to:

• Share personal experiences and stories related to pain dismissal.
• Participate in filming for the campaign, which will be showcased online.
• Potentially discuss experiences involving a chronic illness diagnosis after initial pain dismissal or ongoing pain dismissal without knowing the issue.

Requirements:

• Women aged between early 20s and 60s, particularly those aged 40-55.
• Must have personal experience with pain dismissal, either leading to a subsequent chronic illness diagnosis or experiencing it currently without a known diagnosis.
• Open to women from all backgrounds and walks of life.
• No acting or modeling experience is required.
• Applicants can be based anywhere in the UK.
