We are excited to announce an immediate casting call for extras in the upcoming BET+ feature film, “The Day Before Christmas.” We’re looking for individuals of all ethnicities, ages 30s-50s, who are available to bring their energy and talent to our production. Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in various scenes as directed, which may involve background actions, movements, and reactions that contribute to the authenticity of the scene.
- Follow directions from the director, assistant director, and other crew members promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a professional demeanor on set, respecting the cast, crew, and production environment.
- Be prepared for a variety of weather conditions and physical demands, as the shoot may involve long periods of standing or moving around.
- Ensure punctuality and availability for the entirety of the booked shoot day(s).
Requirements:
- Must be between the ages of 30 and 50.
- Open to all ethnicities.
- Must be local to or able to commute to Atlanta, GA, for the shoot.
- Prior experience as an extra is a plus but not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the entertainment industry in the U.S.
- Must adhere to set COVID-19 safety protocols and guidelines.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
Compensation Details:
- Payment: $125 for a 12-hour workday. Overtime, if applicable, will be compensated according to industry standards.
- Payment will be processed through payroll and subject to standard deductions and withholdings.
