We are casting a powerful commercial for a major health care provider featuring REAL retired female-identifying Nurses and retired female-identifying Medical Doctors.
* APPLICANTS MUST USE ANTHEM or BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD AS THEIR INSURANCE!
* We ARE looking for real people, so NO acting experience is required!
* We ARE NOT looking for actors to play nurses or doctors. We can only considering real retired professionals in the medical field.
* You must be local to Los Angeles or the surrounding areas (as far south as San Diego).
If chosen, this would be a PAID project and the shoot would take place between August 21-24, 2021 (one or more days).
INTERVIEWS
Preliminary 5-10 min interviews will take place via Zoom on TUESDAY, August 10th, 2021.
A second and final interview may be required via Zoom on the week of August 9th, 2021.
PAYMENT (BROADCAST)
If you are selected for this job, you will be paid the standard SAG Scale commercial rates. This means that for every shoot day, you will be paid a guaranteed $711.99/8 hrs and will receive additional residual payments if/when the commercial airs.

INTENDED USE: Regional use plus internet and still photography.
CONTRACT USE RIGHTS: We require the right to use the commercial in all use categories identified in the SAG Commercials Contract at scale contract rates. This includes Theatrical/Industrial Use, Foreign Use, Dealer Use B, Simulcast, Internet and New Media use. For Internet and New Media use only, we wish to obtain unlimited editing rights and the right to pay an 8-week or 4-week Short Term cycle.
PAYMENT (STILLS)
- Session: $400 +20% Agent fee (20% only paid if performer has agent)
- Use: $750 + 20% Agent fee (20% only paid if performer has agent)
- Usage excludes moving image; there is no part of the usage that is considered as within SAG jurisdiction.
- Term: 6 months
- Media: All Print and digital advertising, OOH, including but not limited to: Direct Marketing

- Prior experience in performing at large-scale events is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable traveling internationally and working in Abu Dhabi for the festive season.
Compensation:
- Flights, visas, and accommodation are fully provided by the organizers.
- Payment will be discussed upon selection and will be in line with industry standards for specialist acts at large-scale events.
As a contestant, you will play games with 5 other contestants to see if you meet anyone you like. Generally, contestants only appear in one episode, though there are opportunities to come back for an additional episode or two.
The Game Show of Love is an interactive virtual dating game show that takes place live over Zoom. We are now casting for Season 2. In each episode 6 contestants get to know each other through a series of (f)unconventional games and questions.
