Casting Call Overview:
We are excited to announce a casting call for a unique commercial celebrating the diversity of holiday traditions. We are looking for real families of any variation (parent/s with kid/s) who celebrate Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, or Christmas. This is a fantastic opportunity for families to share their holiday traditions and spirit on screen!
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the commercial shoot, portraying genuine holiday celebrations and traditions specific to Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, or Christmas.
- Families will be required to interact naturally on camera, potentially engaging in typical holiday activities, meals, or decorations that are traditional to their celebration.
- Attend a wardrobe consultation if required, to ensure authenticity in holiday attire, which may be provided or based on personal items that accurately represent your holiday.
Requirements:
- Families of any configuration (including but not limited to parent/s with child/ren) who actively celebrate Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, or Christmas.
- Open to all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds to truly showcase the diversity of holiday celebrations.
- Must be available for the entire day on one of the shooting dates (April 9-11) and flexible until the final schedule is confirmed.
- Previous on-camera experience is not required, but families should be comfortable being filmed and follow direction well.
- Families may be asked to provide their own holiday-specific props or decorations to enhance authenticity, subject to pre-approval and coordination with the production team.
Compensation Details:
- Each participating family member will receive $500 for a 12-hour commitment on the day of the shoot.
- Payment will be made promptly after the shoot, according to the terms agreed upon in the participation contract.
