Casting Call: Child Actor and Mother for Orthodontic Product Commercial

Job Details: We are excited to announce a casting call for a commercial featuring a new, innovative orthodontic product. We are seeking real children, aged 7-10, who have a narrow palate, with or without their mothers. This is a fantastic opportunity for those experiencing or about to undergo orthodontic treatment with a palatal expander or similar device.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the filming of the commercial, following the director’s guidance.
• Engage in wardrobe fitting and preparation activities.
• Attend a prep day at an orthodontist’s office for professional consultation (if required).
• Cooperate with the production team for photoshoots and video recordings.

Requirements:

• Children aged 7-10 with a narrow palate, possibly using or candidates for a palatal expander.
• Unrepresented talent only. If you have an agent, submissions must be made through them.
• Ability to attend in-person callback auditions in Toronto, if selected.
• Parents must submit photos highlighting their child’s teeth, and optionally, a self-tape audition.
• Comfortable with media release and usage rights for the commercial.

Compensation:

• Session Fee: $600
• Usage Fee: $4500
• Wardrobe Fitting Fee: $75
• Prep Day at Orthodontist: $200
