Missions :
- Intégré(e) au sein du Département M&A, vous participerez activement à l’intégralité des opérations de croissance externe (acquisitions, cessions, partenariats stratégiques…) en relation directe avec ses Responsables.
- Vous assisterez l’équipe M&A sur la totalité de leurs missions, incluant l’identification et l’analyse des cibles, l’étude du marché et du rationnel stratégique, la préparation des Comités d’Investissements, la modélisation financière et la valorisation des cibles, le suivi des Due Diligence, la revue des contrats d’acquisition et de cession, ainsi que la coordination de l’ensemble des intervenants internes et externes sur les transactions.
Profil recherché :
- Année de césure / stage de fin d’études Grande Ecole de commerce ou d’ingénieurs
- Vous avez une bonne culture en finance d’entreprise
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le pack office
- Français et anglais courants sont indispensables pour la mission, une troisième langue et une première expérience à l’international seraient appréciés.
- Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’organisation, de disponibilité, êtes capable de fournir une charge de travail importante et de vous impliquer pleinement dans les actions que vous menez.
- Vos qualités relationnelles, votre esprit d’équipe et de synthèse seront de précieux atouts dans toutes les missions qui vous seront confiées, de même que vos capacités d’adaptation
