$3,900 Trades Apparel Casting Call

Jigsaw Casting is seeking Tradespeople – Men and Women with experience working in Warehouse, Manufacturing, Construction and Electrical Industry for a Trades Apparel Campaign in Toronto!

Looking for Tradespeople with various experiences below. Talent will be made up of everyday individuals who appear approachable and comfortable in their gear – and competent when handling their tools and equipment.

Looking for the following roles:
1) Male Tradesperson. Ages 25 to 45. Skilled in Warehouse or Construction.
2) Female Tradesperson. Ages 25 to 45. Skilled in Construction and Manufacturing. (Will be required for 2 shoot days)
3) Female Tradesperson. Ages 25 to 45. Skilled in Electrical construction.

If selected, each person will be paid $3,900 for a one day shoot. ($150 for covid and wardrobe, $750 for session/day, buyout is $3,000) Buyout is based on survival of the edit and includes all lifts, edits, versions. This is a non union campaign. COVID test will be required prior to the shoot. No previous acting experience is required.

Deadline to submit: January 11, 2023 at 11am EST.

Must be available for these key dates, filming in Toronto:
ZOOM Recall Mon Jan 16, 2023.
Covid Test: Jan 27/28 or Feb 2, 2023.
Wardrobe: Jan 31, 2023.
Shoot Date: Feb 4 and / or 5, 2023 – TBD which day needed.
