We are seeking talented and dynamic performers for an upcoming IKEA campaign in Toronto. The campaign will feature a variety of roles, showcasing different skills and unique looks in several themed spots. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced dancers, cirque artists, gymnasts, stunt performers, parkour athletes, breakdancers, and hipster mixologists, bartenders, or chefs. Successful candidates will bring an authentic and edgy style to the project, helping to create a captivating visual experience for the brand’s promotion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perfume Spot: Performers will engage in dance, gymnastics, stunts, or circus-style movements. Experience with wire work is an asset but not mandatory.
- Spirits Spot: Male performers will act as mixologists, bartenders, or chefs, embodying a hipster style with distinctive features such as tattoos, piercings, or an international look.
- Fashion Spot: Performers will display skills in dance, parkour, breakdancing, or gymnastics. May involve simple harness work for a chair-balancing scene (stunt fees apply for wire work).
Requirements:
- Perfume Spot: Female performers, ages 18-40, with a background in dance, gymnastics, stunts, or circus arts. All ethnic appearances are welcome.
- Spirits Spot: Male performers, ages 35-60, who exude a hipster vibe and ideally have real-life experience as a bartender, mixologist, or chef. Those with a distinct look (tattoos, piercings, etc.) and international style (e.g., Japanese, Irish, European) are encouraged to apply.
- Fashion Spot: Performers of any gender, ages 18-40, with experience in dance, parkour, gymnastics, or breakdancing. Must have a cool, urban, rebellious, or punk aesthetic.
- Open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents. This campaign is an ACTRA project, but non-union performers are also welcome, with permit fees waived.
Compensation:
- $3,000.00 per person for the campaign.
- Additional $800.00 for those involved in wire harness stunt work.

Compensation
