Job Description: We are seeking a talented actress to play the role of “Kaz” in an upcoming Nordstrom Rack commercial. This project includes both motion and stills. The actress will be required to portray a character in her 20s, embodying a Gen Z style, with an infectious attitude and on-trend fashion sense. This role is open to females of all ethnicities and backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the character “Kaz” with authenticity and enthusiasm.
- Participate in both motion and still photography shoots.
- Work closely with the director and creative team to bring the vision of the commercial to life.
- Attend fittings and costume sessions as required.
- Be available for the entire duration of the shoot days.
- Be prepared to follow direction and possibly improvise as needed.
Requirements:
- Age: Must appear to be in the 20-30 age range.
- Gender: Female.
- Ethnicity: Open to all ethnicities and backgrounds.
- Size: Open sizes, must be comfortable in a variety of fashion styles.
- Experience: Prior acting experience in commercials, film, or theater is preferred but not mandatory.

- Availability: Must be available for the entire duration of the shoot days and fittings.
Compensation Details:
- Session Fee: $1,000 per 12-hour day.
- Usage Fee: $2,000 (First usage fee is guaranteed if talent films at least one shoot day and receives a session fee).
- Fitting Fee: $300.
- Agency Fee: Plus 20%.
