Project Synopsis:
The “InnovAge – Senior Care Services” commercial spot depicts a heartwarming day in the life of an InnovAge PACE participant. The commercial aims to showcase the various activities and services provided by InnovAge that help seniors continue to live independently at home. The scenes will portray the participant enjoying life, interacting with caregivers, engaging in recreational activities, and receiving medical care. The spot will include playing with a dog, riding the shuttle to a doctor’s visit, being greeted by a nurse, interacting with a doctor, playing cards, and doing stretches. Selected talent will receive self-taping instructions for audition video submissions.

Job Responsibilities:
Selected talent will be responsible for accurately portraying the role of an InnovAge PACE participant in various scenarios as described in the project synopsis. This may include interacting with other actors, following directions from the director, and conveying emotions and actions naturally and authentically.
Requirements:
- Age Range: Seniors aged 60-75 (actual age)
- Ethnicity: All ethnicities are encouraged to apply
- Strong acting skills and the ability to convey emotions effectively on camera
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with the production team
- Flexibility and availability for the fitting and shoot dates (Aug 15, 16, & 17)
- Local talent preferred (Central Florida) but open to talent outside the area willing to travel
Compensation Details:
Selected talent will receive a rate of $1500+20% per day with a 2-day guarantee, totaling $3,000+20%. The compensation covers the use of the talent’s image and performance in the commercial for two years on digital video and broadcast TV (spot markets USA) for various durations (:30, 15, and:06). Additionally, the talent’s image may be used in print, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) media, excluding outdoor advertising, for two years.
Note:
Travel expenses (gas, mileage, per diem, and travel day compensation) will not be provided, except for talent outside Central Florida, who will receive hotel accommodations. It is essential to be available for the fitting on Aug 15 and shooting on Aug 16 & 17.
