Casting Call: First Responders for Major Brand Commercial
Job Details: We are urgently seeking first responders from all regions of Canada to feature in a prominent brand commercial. Firefighters are highly encouraged to apply. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your national dedication and commitment to the community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a brief online interview (Zoom) with the director on September 11th-13th if shortlisted.
- Be available for a one-day filming session in Toronto from September 18th to 22nd. Please keep all these dates clear until you receive confirmation of booking or release.
- Attend a wardrobe appointment and receive $75 for your time.
- Engage in one day of filming, where you will receive $750 for your role.
- If your footage is used in the final commercial, you will receive an additional $1,500-$2,000+ based on usage.
Requirements:
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Availability for online interview and filming as specified.
- First responder experience (firefighters, paramedics, police, etc.).
- Strong commitment to your role and professional conduct on set.
- Willingness to collaborate with the production team for the best possible outcome.
Compensation:
- Wardrobe appointment: $75
- One day of filming: $750
- Additional compensation for footage usage: $1,500-$2,000+
- Travel expenses and accommodations provided for those outside the Toronto/GTA region (1-hour drive).
- Travel day compensation: $350
- Per diem: $100
