Job Description
Two major commercial campaigns are seeking Japanese or Japanese-mixed talent for high-paying projects in the auto and healthcare industries. Both opportunities offer competitive rates and nationwide casting. Applicants can be considered for one or both roles. One campaign involves international travel while the other films domestically with all travel and accommodations covered.
Job Responsibilities

Participate in a high-production commercial shoot for either an automotive or medical brand

Deliver natural, expressive performances on camera aligned with brand messaging

Be available for scheduled travel, fittings, and full production days

Work with on-set team including directors, crew, and possibly animal talent
Requirements
Project 1 – Auto Commercial

Males and females, ages 20–35

Must be of authentic Japanese descent and fluent in Japanese

Must have a valid passport for international travel to Spain

Must be culturally aligned with contemporary Japanese norms (not overly westernized)

Available anytime between April 23–June 3 for travel, fitting, and shoot
Project 2 – Medical Commercial

Males and females, ages 50–80

Authentic Japanese descent or mixed Japanese ethnicity

Expressive, likable personality with subtle signs of aging

Fit to average build; grey or salt-and-pepper hair preferred

Must be comfortable working with dogs

No pet allergies

Open to SAG and non-union applicants

Must be available to shoot in NYC; travel and lodging included for non-locals
Compensation
Project 1 – Auto Commercial

Session Fee: $550 (8 hours)

Overtime: $104/hour after 8 hours

Usage Buyout: $10,000 (paid only if featured in final cut)

Fitting: $150 (if separate from shoot/down day)
