Casting Call: Fire Survivors for Fire Safety Brand Commercial

Job Description:

We are seeking brave children and youths aged 6-17 years old from Canada and the USA who have experienced a residential fire and escaped safely to participate in an important fire safety brand commercial. This project aims to raise awareness about the crucial role of smoke detectors in preventing fire-related tragedies by sharing real-life stories.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the filming of a fire safety brand commercial.

• Share your personal experience of surviving a residential fire in a safe and supportive environment.

• Help convey the importance of smoke detectors and fire safety measures to a wider audience.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure a respectful and impactful portrayal of your story.

Requirements:

• Children and youths aged 6-17 years old.

• Must have experienced a residential fire (house or apartment) and escaped safely.

• Comfortable sharing their story on camera to help raise fire safety awareness.

• Located in Canada or the USA.

• Note: We are not seeking individuals affected by wildfires.

Compensation Details:

• Participants will receive between $1,300 and $6,350 CAD ($950 – $4,575 USD) for filming, depending on the extent of their involvement and role in the commercial.
