We’re seeking passionate individuals who embody the spirit of Torrid and are ready to represent our diverse customer base. This is a contest-based role, where participants vie for a chance to become a Torrid model, culminating in a professional photoshoot and a modeling contract.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the initial application process, including submitting photographs and a personal statement.
- Engage with social media activities as part of the contest’s requirements.
- Travel to Los Angeles for the final round, if selected as one of the ten First Place Prize winners.
- Participate fully in all contest-related activities during the stay, including fittings, rehearsals, and the final selection event.
Requirements:
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- Must meet the specified age and residency requirements.
- Available to travel and participate in all required phases of the contest.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with being photographed and appearing in promotional material.
Compensation Details:
- First Place Prizes (10 Winners): Includes round-trip economy airfare to/from Los Angeles, California; hotel accommodations for two nights; and a $50 USD per diem. Approximate retail value (ARV) of $1,500 USD each.
- Grand Prize (1 Winner): Includes a modeling contract with Torrid, a professional photoshoot, a Torrid wardrobe, and a $2,000 USD cash prize. ARV of $11,700 USD.
