CASTING CALL: LATINX FAMILY MEMBERS
Job Details: We are casting for an exciting non-union project centered around a Latinx family. We are specifically seeking Latinx individuals to portray Grandfathers (ages 55-70), Mothers (ages 25-35), and Boys (ages 4-7). This one-day filming opportunity will take place in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.
Job Responsibilities: As a selected participant, you will be part of a heartwarming and authentic portrayal of a Latinx family. The commercial will capture genuine interactions and moments that reflect the warmth and joy of a close-knit family. We highly encourage you to apply if you have experience playing soccer, as some roles involve soccer scenes.
Requirements:
- Latinx individuals who can portray Grandfathers (ages 55-70), Mothers (ages 25-35), and Boys (ages 4-7).
- No prior acting experience is required, but you should feel comfortable being filmed and interviewed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Applicants must be available for a brief interview with the director on August 2nd (if shortlisted).
- Selected participants must be available for a wardrobe appointment on August 14th (about 2 hours required).
- Must be available for filming on August 15-18th, with only one day of filming required.
Compensation Details:
- $75 for the wardrobe appointment.
- $200 for travel time.
- $500 for one day of filming.
- If your footage is included in the final commercial, you will receive an additional $2,500.
- If your stills are used in the final commercial, you’ll receive an additional $1,000.
