Our client is a leading game development company that has been in the industry for many years. They are currently looking for a talented Art Director to join their team for an upcoming AAA game project.
Key Responsibilities:
· Defining art style guides for characters, environments, and UI
· Able to create original and industry inspiring art quickly and effectively
· The ability to work cross-functionally with other disciplines to fully-understand requirements and deliverables, and effectively communicate those to the team
· Seasoned manager, with the ability to lead, inspire and communicate across the entire art team
· Lead and inspire a team of talented artists: As the creative leader, you will mentor, guide, and empower your team to produce their best work, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where creativity thrives
Requirements:
· Worked on multiple games which launched
· Experience working on other AAA Console/PC games
· Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Animation, or a comparable degree
· 5+ years experience as an Art Director or similar position
