- PHARMACIST: Hispanic woman (45 to 48). Clean-cut, savvy, professional.
- FRAGRANCE ASSIST: Hispanic Woman (mid to late 20’s) knowledgeable, proactive
- PHARMACY CUSTOMER:Hispanic man (65 to 70). Energetic, dynamic and happy.
- ISLE CUSTOMER (mom): Hispanic man (late 20’s) curious, outgoing, friendly.
- FRAGRANCE CUSTOM: Hispanic woman (Mid 30’s) modern, assertive.
- CASHIER CUSTOMER: Hispanic old woman (early 70’s) cute, kind, charming.
